Revlon Colorstay Nail Varnish

Hi everyone! I need to start this post by apologising for not posting since the beginning of May. This was due to the fact that I had so many exams and simply did not have time to blog because blogging definitely takes up a lot more time than people realise. However, my exams are all finished and I am officially done with High School. This means that I will have a whole summer of amazing post for you guys which hopefully you will enjoy. I will probably go back to posting every Tuesday and Friday as well as perhaps a few extra days. Today's post is a very short post but I promise there is so much more coming this summer.

Anyway, for today's post I decided I wanted to talk about what is probably my favourite nail varnish right now. This is the Revlon Colorstay in the shade 240 Amethyst. As you can see it's a gorgeous deep purple shade. What I really love about this colour is that it's very different to any other purple nail varnish I have tried. It definitely has a shine to it and very faint sparkles and this adds so much to the already beautiful shade. Not only is the colour amazing but the nail varnish itself is very fast drying and long lasting, not to mention incredibly pigmented. So, if you are looking for a nail varnish which is fast drying and long lasting then I highly recommend you try the Revlon Colorstay; they have so many shades to choose from.

My Favourite Bloggers

This time every month I would normally be doing a monthly favourites post.  However, this month there hasn't been that many products that I have been really enjoying. So, instead of doing a monthly favourites I'm going to be sharing with you some of my favourite bloggers. These bloggers are the blogs I have been reading the most in the past month or two because I think all these girls have an incredible talent when it comes to blogging and I think they're all going to make it big in the blogging world and I want to say good luck to all of them!

1) Katie Elizabeth Meehan
I am absolutely in love with Katie's blog; all the pictures she takes are so beautiful. One of the main things I love about Katie's blog is that she has such a great variety of different posts. You can find posts about beauty, reviews, photography and even recipes. She started her blog back in 2014 and it's crazy how much her posts have improved in the last 2 years. I would strongly recommend for you to have a look at Katie's blog, you won't regret it!

2) Oh hello it's Hannah
I don't even know where to begin here. Hannah's blog is definitely one of my all time favourite blogs ever. I love how professional the blog looks and how nicely it is set out. From the moment I first clicked on the blog I knew I was going to love it. The posts are amazing and so helpful when looking for information on make up products. I literally have no words to describe how amazing this blog really is. Her make up/beauty posts are my favourite because she shares her opinions on certain products and personally I find that really helpful and I think some of you might too.

3) Chloe Danielle
Chloe's blog includes all things beauty, fashion and as she says on her blog "All things girly". I don't think Chloe has ever posted anything on her blog that I didn't like. Her blog is one of those blogs that always puts a smile on my face and I enjoy reading it so much. I always keep and eye out for new posts as I never want to miss anything! Not only is her blog absolutely incredible but she is such a nice person and that makes me love her blog even more.

One of the things I admire about Shay is her style! Her fashion sense is incredible and I love that she shares that on her blog. Her beauty posts are also incredible. The photos are amazing quality and it really is a blog worth reading. I practically read all her posts as soon as they are uploaded. Just by looking at her blog you can tell she puts so much effort into her posts and she enjoys it so much and deserves all the success she gets and will definitely get in the future!

This is a blog I have been reading for quite a long time now and is definitely one of my favourites. Marry's posts are always so well written and she puts so much effort into all her posts. Her photos are such good quality and in general the photos are amazing. My favourite posts that she does are definitely her fashion/style posts I think her style is amazing and if you are looking for outfit ideas then this blog would be great for that. I have spoken to Marry a few times and from that I can tell that she is such a lovely and genuine person.

6) Wear out the words
I have to start of by saying that the make up posts on this blog are incredible! She includes different ways to create certain make up looks. This also includes the products that she believes you should use to recreate the look perfectly this includes both high-end and drugstore make up. I think her blog is so helpful in creating these looks and I have tried many of these myself. I highly recommend that if you are interested in make up that you have a look at her blog.

7) Style Sprinter
I cannot even begin to explain how much I love this blog. It is so professional and nicely set out. I love all the style and beauty posts. One of my favourite things that Katya does on her blog is that she has a lot of advice posts for other bloggers, so if you are a beginner in blogging then I think that this blog could really help you out. Another one of my favourite things on her blog are the outfit posts. Her style is amazing and it's so worth having a look at her blog.

And that's it! All these girls are incredibly talented and deserve so much success so please go over to their blogs and have a look at what each of them is all about. They all have incredible style which is something I love about all of them and I think you will too. I only wrote a short little paragraph about each of them but I do recommend that you have a look at all of their blogs and see what you think.

Bourjois City Radiance Foundation - Review

Yes, this is what nearly every single blogger owns and raves about right now; It's the City Radiance foundation!

Here I was debating with myself about whether or not I really needed another foudation to add to my make up collection. Finally, I decided that people are praising it way too much for me to not try it. So I went to Boots, I bought it and I don't regret a thing.

Now I understand why everyone is obsessed with it. It really is radiating and makes my skin look so healthy and glowy. I find that during the summer I don't like to wear a really heavy foundation because I just don't feel good while wearing it in really hot conditions. I guess it's because I get so hot and I find that heavy foundations really don't look good at the end of a really hot day.

So what does this foundation actually do? Well, first of all I love the light coverage it has. However, don't think that a light coverage foundation will not be enough coverage. The coverage is actually pretty good. Not to mention that the most important thing is that it makes your skin look super healthy and awake which I find is a winner in any foundation. Sometimes I get a bit worried about glowy and foundations full of radicance as I get a bit worried that it will make my face look oily as I have combination skin. Luckily, this foundation does not do that at all it looks absolutely perfect but remember everyone's skin is different and you won't know unless you try!

Stripes In Spring

Hi everyone! Yes, today's post is going to be an outfit post which I enjoyed doing so much! I want to start doing more outfit posts as right now they are my favourite things to do. I love stripes, but I especially love stripes during the spring/sunmer time. I don't know why but stripes just look amazing when the sun is shining.

In this outfit I decided to wear a black and white striped top and I paired that with a nice black skirt with buttons at the front (which was featured in my previous clothing haul). I then threw on a chunky cardigan as with the British weather you can never be too safe. Of course I had to throw on some tights because there is no way that you can walk around Britain right now with bare legs. If you do then you must be crazy or incredible brave, I'm not sure which one. I finished off the look with a pair of black wedges with gold studs and my new favourite sunglasses!

I wanted this look to be extremely affordable for everyone so I used pieces from shops which are very well priced and affordable.

Top: Primark
Skirt: Quiz
Cardigan: Primark
Sunglasses: Forever 21
Shoes: Unfortunately these were bought at some random shop so I am not sure where these were bought.

March Favourites

Hi everyone! I can't believe It's already April, it feels like I was doing my February favourites just yesterday. Happy April Fool's day, and here are a couple of things that I've been loving in March :)

Hair
This month I have been loving these 3 hair products. The first one is the Batiste Dry Shampoo and this is the XXL Volume. This dry shampoo is one of the only things that really gives my hair volume and makes it last a long time. I have very fine hair and it's hard to get any volume in it but this dry shampoo really does a good job so I strongly recommenced this if you also have fine hair. The next two things are the Toni&Guy Shampoo and Conditioner for fine hair. Again, this has been putting a lot more volume into my hair and I don't feel like my hair is constantly flat. They also smell amazing and make my hair feel extremely soft and healthy.

Make-up
There are two make-up products that I've been loving in March and that is the Bourjois City Radiance Foundation and the Nars Laguna bronzer. The City Radiance foundation is still very new to me as I did buy it at the end of March but I absolutely love it, I won't talk about it too much as I have a review coming up very soon. The seconds product is the Nars Laguna Bronzer, now you may have already heard of this bronzer loads of times as it is a very popular bronzer. I myself have been wanting to buy this bronzer for so long and finally I did and I'm very happy with it.

Random
Here are two random things that I've enjoyed in march. The first one is the Soap & Glory Hand Food. This is an amazing hand cream that I've been using constantly throughout last month. It smells and feels amazing.
The next thing is actually a purse, this is a purse from Bessie which I have recently purchased and it is now my favourite purse. If you have never heard of the brand Bessie then here is a link to their Instagram so you can go and have a look.

That is it! I have a few exciting posts coming up soon (a lot of outfit posts) so I'm really looking forward to that and I hope you all enjoy them :)

Fashion Show Outfit

Hi everyone! So about a week ago I went to a fashion show which was absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed it. It was a small fashion show in my area and I had an absolute blast. I thought it'd be fun to show you the outfit that I wore, also these pieces have featured in my Clothing Haul post and I thought it would be good for you guys to see how some of the items looked when they're put on.

This is the outfit that I wore to the show:

The black top is from Zara. I love tops which have a collar and I especially love this one as it is a leather collar and that makes the top a little bit more interesting.

The skort I wore is from Miss Selfridge, I've been looking for the perfects skort for a while now and I finally found one that I really like. I'm so happy with this purchase and I'm so glad I finally found one that I love.

I hope you enjoyed this post and hopefully if you wanted to see what these items from my Clothing Haul then I hope this helped. I also paired this outfit with a pair of faux fur-top wedges from select, I think this would also look lovely with a pair of ankle boots.

Make-Up Haul

Okay so firstly I want to start off by saying a quick apology. I know I promised that this post would be up by Tuesday. However, I've been incredibly busy with school and exams so I'm really sorry that this post is late. Now that I'm away from school for about 2 weeks I have more time to work on my posts :)
So here are a few things that I've recently purchased and absolutely love! Some of these things you might recognise from my February Favourites post as these are some of my favourite things I bought throughout February/March.

Nars Laguna Bronzer
Now this could possibly be my favourite product in this whole haul. I am absolutely in love with this bronzer, it's definitely my favourite bronzer as of yet. It's so good for either bronzing or contouring. I use it for contouring practically all the time and the results are unbelievable so I highly recommenced this.
Price: £28.00

Maybelline Lipstick
Shade: Velvet Beige
This is such a gorgeous shade of nude lipstick, it's quite to describe it's fairly pinkish but with a hint of brown. Overall it's just a really nice shade and unlike many nude lipsticks it does not wash out your skin tone, which a lot of nude lipsticks can do.
Price: £7.99

Kiko Smart Eye Pencil
Shade: 813
As you can see this is just an eye pencil, however the colour is gorgeous. This sort of shade of blue eye pencil is perfect for spring/summer on the bottom lash line (obviously can also put on top). I can't wait to wear this now that it is spring and this will look super nice in the sun and it's super cheap!
Price: Roughly £3.00

Kiko Ultimate pen eye liner
Yes, another Kiko product, recently I've been loving Kiko as a brand in general and I plan on trying a lot more of their products this year as the quality of all their products is amazing and at such a good price. This really is one of my favourite eye-liners that I have tried it's so easy and quick to use.

Estee Lauder Lucidity Powder
There isn't much to say about this powder apart from, it;s amazing. As you can see I've already used quite a bit of it. It looks great when you put it on and since I have quite oily skin this really stops my face from shining so I definitely recommend this.
Price: £26.50

Mac Vanilla pigment
I'm not going to go on about how great it this is. However, I will say that if you are using this as a highlighter like I do, then it is quite a strong highlight, so if you prefer a much lighter highlight then I don't think this is for you.
Price: £16.00

MAC Lipstick
Shade: Flamingo
This lipstick is an amazing light pink shade and is perfect for a spring make-up look so I will definitely be using that a lot more now in the spring ad summer time.
Price: £15.50

Rimmel London Lipstick
Shade: Heather Shimmer
It's another lipstick! This is one of my favourite lipsticks at the moment and the colour is so hard to describe. It's quite dark but not too dark, it's almost like a light berry shade...but not really. I'm basically the worst at describing lipstick shades.
Price: £4.99

So that''s it! I hope you liked the post and again I'm sorry for missing Tuesday's post :) <3
